Licensed Design Professional Comments.

11. Licensed Design Professional: Where a licensed design professional has designed the project, his or her comments including his or her signature and professional seal MUST be uploaded.

Comments:

The project has a maximum of four sleeping rooms on the upper level, for the owner's private use. Access for these units is provided through a private entrance that is not open to public use and has been designed to keep access separate from the A-2 occupancy use. Therefore, vertical accessibility to the 2nd floor is not required as it does not meet crieria for place of public accomodation or commercial facility. Please see line item number three on the letter from John Farinelli in additional documents for an in depth scope of the code and definitions.
