Grounds for waiver.

10. Grounds for Waiver: The Florida Building Commission may grant waivers of Florida-specific accessibility requirements upon a determination of unnecessary, unreasonable or extreme hardship. Please describe how this project meets the following hardship criteria. Explain all that would apply for consideration of granting the waiver.

NOTE:**

The second floor work area is less than 500 s.f. and there will not be more than 4 persons. The Owner and Construction Superintendents will use the work area for construction business. The second floor will not be open to the public. An accessible conference room and bathroom is located on the ground level. Adding vertical access equipment would create an increase in cost that is disproportionate to the project.
