The City of Jacksonville building department officials requests vertical accessibility through the interior of the building. Due to the historical nature of the building originally constructed in 1927, full compliance of adding vertical accessibility would threaten or destroy the historic integrity and character of this qualified historic structure. This building is a contributing resource to the Riverside/Avondale Historic District.
