Description:

The existing building is a two story masonry building. The first or bottom floor is housed with Barber Shops and one vacant space. The second floor is being renovated for a hair Salon. Second story is not split up into two spaces as the first story is. The second story is only for one occupant.

Due to the cost associated in having to provide an elevator will put this project out of reach in terms of cost for the Tenant. Overall cost of construction is less than $60,000. The project will exceed 20% of the cost of construction just installing new doors, hardware, and both stair work.
