We are seeking a waiver from Section 553.509 of the Florida Americans with Disabilities Accessibility Implementation Act, which requires Petitioner to provide vertical accessibility to all levels above and below the occupiable grade level of a building. Specifically, we are requesting a waiver from providing vertical accessibility to the second floor of an existing building.
