10. Grounds for Waiver: The Florida Building Commission may grant waivers of Florida-specific accessibility requirements upon a determination of unnecessary, unreasonable or extreme hardship. NOTE:**


We want the building to remain true to its historic nature we plan to rehabilitate the building back to original state we do not wish to alter the layout or the historic nature of the building. The building has two steps as the entrance with no space for accessibility since the steps go to the property line and the city sidewalk border.

The building has been vacant since February 2016. We need to rehabilitate the building so that a tenant can be found. The last tenant paid $4500 total rents including triple net, which calculates to $45000 in missing income since we can not start the construction without the permit and the permit is being held up due to accessibility issues.
