The building department plans reviewer for the City of Miami Beach Has identified that a waiver is required from vertical accessibility requirements of ADA (FL Accessibility code Section 201.1. This waiver is required because of the construction of the building for 2 small units an elevator is required, for another 2 small units another elevator is required and finally for a single small unit another elevator, total 3 elevators with a cost of $214650
