The building is an existing two story office building of 28000sf with executive offices on the floors. This is a pre-ADA facility.

Summary:

The work is to correct existing conditions for work as mandated by the requirements of the Florida Fire Prevention Code as it relates to life safety and egress improvements. The work includes the following - Interior partition modifications to obtain a 1 hour fire corridor and exit passageway for the corridors as it relates to the AC only. The renovation of the corridor AC with new fire doors to comply with code requirements. The installation of a new egress door from suite 156. There are no tenant improvements being made. All work is being done due to fire related issues.
