WE ARE REQUESTING WAIVER TO COMPLY WITH SECTION 224 AND 806 OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE concerning the existing rooms at the FIRST FLOOR of this historical building which are not part of the renovation or addition. Their access is through a corridor with stairs at the beginning and end of the rooms area. This area is rooms only; no public areas. Accessibility rooms are/will be on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors which complies with Chapter 509 of the Florida Statutes.
