This is the addition of office space above the existing carport area for this office building. The Existing Building is 5,938 S.F. and the Addition is 1,454 S.F. The main building is one story. The addition is going over the existing covered parking area.

The building department does not concur with the exception under 553.509(c) which allows for the following exemption for providing vertical accessibility where occupiable spaces and rooms that are not open to the public and that house no more than five persons, including, but not limited to, equipment control rooms and projection booths for this project.
