Grounds for waiver.

10. Grounds for Waiver: The Florida Building Commission may grant waivers of Florida-specific accessibility requirements upon a determination of unnecessary, unreasonable or extreme hardship. Please describe how this project meets the following hardship criteria. Explain all that would apply for consideration of granting the waiver.

NOTE:**

dding an elevator would take away space from the alteration decreasing the number of office spaces therefore creating need for new building to be constructed or leased which would split up current location in two and create hardship of conducting business from two locations and reducing overall efficiency of the business with the loss of communication between sites and logistics of transporting documents to fulfill tasks that are time sensitive.

Lift would be extremely expensive and put financial burden on owner to provide access to storage space.
Cost would be over $32,000 to provide lift.
