The existing building requires repairs as identified in the structural report prepared for the 40-year recertification process. To address these repairs, we have submitted a permit application under "Renovations and Repairs." Currently, the second floor is accessed via an existing staircase. In our proposed design, we are incorporating full ADA compliance on the first floor.
