ü To review and provide recommendation to the Commission regarding proposed code changes to the 7th Edition (2020) Florida Building Code – Energy Conservation as proposed by staff pursuant to Section 553.73(8), Florida Statutes and necessary to update the energy minimum efficiency standards for certain products for consistency with the federal minimum energy efficiency standards as established by U.S. Code of Federal Regulation, 10 CFR Part 430 Subpart C, Section 430.32.
