Construction Cost:

6. Project Construction Cost (Provide cost for new construction, the addition, or the alteration):

Summary:
We are restoring the first floor railings to match the turn of the century railings that we discovered in a picture from the early 1900's. The cost of that is $10,000. The cost of the ADA ramp into the house will be $21,000. The other cost would be converting the carriage house into ADA bathrooms, but nothing

*Briefly explain why the request has now been referred to the Commission.

The LeSesne Friend house is an 1860 structure that fortunately has remained virtually untouched on the interior renovation-wise since the time it was built. The installation of an elevator would dessimate the interior of the structure
