  This is for access to a small cafe we have added to the poolside of our hotel. This is not for the pool.

Summary:
Cost of construction was approximately $80,000. This included plumbing, electrical and mechanical work as well as the installation of a grease trap and backflow prevention.

We were led to believe by a prior project manager that we had already received a waiver for the ADA lift for this project and that all permits were closed. We later realized this was not the case. We have since passed all relevant inspections but are pending this waiver for the lift to complete/close out the permiting.
