Project was originally to be built in 2023 and a waiver for constructing elevator was granted which has now expired. Due to financing, the project was delayed and now funds are available to the project to move forward, we are requesting new waiver for the elevator for this construction phase.

Due to the construction of the facility and the need for parking to remain, it would not be feasible to construct a new elevator within the existing building footprint without major structural work. In addition, new construction is planned for 2028 which will include an elevator that will be located within conditioned space and second level connected to this renovated hotel.
