NOTE:**
We have a hardship for structural infeasibility of this historic structure. Attached is a document siting that the property is located within the local and national historic district, and that the structure has been identified by the municipality as a contributing structure to this historic district. Also attached are plans and photographs. The 2nd level is less than 700sf and the perimeter roof has a height as low as 6'6" around the perimeter walls and 7'-7" for a small portion at the center of the room (see building sections on Sheet A7.0). This low ceiling height paired with the small area of the floor makes an elevator structurally and practically infeasible.
