Summary:
full renovation of the existing building. Adding one bathroom to an existing room and the rest of the project is just an upgrade to everything in place. New windows, New roof being done.

This project was started by someone else without a permit. I was brought in by the investors to take over the project after they go rid of the former owner who did the work without a permit. They replaced the roof and the windows, renovated the lobby and did demo in the rooms. We are now getting the proper permits and approvals so we can finish the project

This project started by working without a permit. Now that i took over we are getting a permit. We applied for permits with the City of Miami Beach and they requested we get a waiver. We already have a letter of recommendation from the State but not an official waiver
