MEETING OBJECTIVES

·          To Approve Regular Procedural Topics (Agenda and Minutes)

·          To review and provide recommendation to Commission regarding proposed code changes to the 8th Edition (2023) Florida Building Code (FBC) – Existing Building as proposed by the Existing Building Inspection Workgroup (EBIWG) pursuant to Section 553.73(8), Florida Statutes for the purpose of establishing minimum requirements for the mandatory milestone inspections within the FBC as directed by SB 154

·           To review and consider proposed errata/glitches submitted pursuant to Section 553.73(8), Florida Statutes and to provide recommendation to the Commission regarding those errata/glitches that are needed to correct demonstrated errors/conflicts in the 8th Edition (2023) Florida Building Code, as applicable.
