Action: The TAC discussed the declaratory statement
request and provided for the following action: Motion to dismiss declaratory
statement DCA10-DEC001, due to lack of information relating to specific project
facts and circumstances. The vote was unanimous in favor of the motion.
NOTE: This joint portion of the meeting was adjourned at 10:40AM.
* Revisions to the Flood Resistant Standards Workgroup Report
The Structural TAC took up the revisions to the report and recommendations regarding
the Flood Resistant Standards and made motion to forward the reports to the Commission.
* There was no public comment.
