Rating: Less than Poor

We have had applications in for Florida State Approval since October of 2009, and every time the application was reviewed “New” problems or deficiencies were commented on. Our question to TB&A why are all issue not outlined the first time/ Their answer was they see a problem and stop the review process. This is a completely backwards way of thinking. A thorough review should be done of each application so that the applicant can all need changes in one shot rather than over and over.
