This small retail space in an existing building and has existing 5 steps to the Retail area. There is a common ADA accessible area which can accommodate service to ADA patrons. Architecturally and structurally there is no feasible way to create vertical access due to existing structure.

Retail Space 201 consists of approximately 277 square feet. The hardship of viable adaption to meet ADA code is not feasible due to the existing structure. In order to create accessibility would create unreasonable hardship both architecturally and financially and structurally would be extremely difficult.
