Approval Applications.

IMPORTANT Product Approval Cut Off Dates
All Applications must be Validated by the Cut-off Date in order to be considered at the next monthly commission meeting.

In order to streamline our Product Approval Application Review Process we would like to you all to no longer mail hard copies of sign and sealed Product Evaluation Reports and Product Approval Validation Checklists to the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Please email the sign and sealed Product Evaluation Reports and Product Approval Validation Checklists in PDF format to
procodesproductapproval@myfloridalicense.com
Also please note that all hard copies of Product Evaluation Reports and Product Approval Validation Checklists should be made available upon request from the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. If you have any questions please give our office a call at (850) 487-1824.
