Handicapped access is provided from the parking area, the decked entry, main lounge floor area, bar, restrooms, outdoor deck area, and the exterior courtyard.

10. Grounds for Waiver: The Florida Building Commission may grant waivers of Florida-specific accessibility requirements upon a determination of unnecessary, unreasonable or extreme hardship. NOTE:**



There are four isolated corner seating areas. Circulation paths are located between three of the areas so these cannot be joined. Creating one large raised area along the south wall would defeat the intent of intimate spaces. Having to provide four lifts or four 24' ramps presents a hardship both in terms of cost and lost floor area.



The contractor is working on the comparison between the budget and the cost of vertical accessibility.
