Completed in 2013. This was a non-structural renovation of the building's exterior, and interior common areas. It involved stucco, paint, drywall flooring, windows electric, and repairs to the general condition of the building.

There is a disproportionate cost for this project. The renovation of this office suite will require moving several walls, and is estimated to cost $20,115. The cost of an elevator installation is $60,000 to $75,000 for just the elevator installation, plus the cost of constructing the elevator shaft.

We requested 2 estimates for the cost of the elevator (files included). The cost of the elevators was so much higher than the cost of the remodeling work to be done, we did not request a contractor bid for the elevator shaft, as it would place a burden on the contractor to design and price out labor and materials. We are not willing to pay the cost of the elevator, and the project will be cancelled if our request is denied.
