Ø Objective 1 To approve the Agenda and the Minutes of the October 4, 2013 meeting.

Ø Objective 2 To consider DEC request DS 2013-092 from Scott P. Greenberg concerning the impact of HB 269 on certain sections of the 2010 Florida Building Code, Energy Conservation.

Ø Objective 3 To consider and recommend action on a submittal for the Commission to approve the computer program REMRATE for compliance with the residential provisions of the 2010 Florida Building Code, Energy Conservation, by the Performance Method.

Ø Objective 4 To solicit potential research topics relative to the energy code for consideration by the Commission.

Consider and recommend action on a submittal for the Commission to approve the computer program REMRATE for compliance with the residential provisions of the 2010 Florida Building Code, Energy Conservation, by the Performance Method. - Postponed at request of proponent.
