I represent MCM Holdings, LLC, the major creditor of Lag Design and Custom Wood Doors Inc., and would like to take the opportunity to provide input on behalf of the company. MCM Holdings, LLC has the legal authority to act on behalf of Lag Design.

As you are aware, Lag Design would like to transfer certain Notice of Approvals to Lag Design of Florida LLC. It is my understanding that the owners of the two companies have had a long standing relationship, and believe this is an appropriate action to take. I have discussed the matter directly with Mr. Jaime D. Gascon, and we have sought to work through this process in an appropriate and legitimate manner.

At no time in my involvement, have I been aware that the transfer itself is at issue. Rather, the parties involved understand that there are various regulatory and testing requirements that need to be fulfilled. I have attached letters that Lag Design recently received from Miami-Dade County, which clearly articulate the necessary requirements to complete the transfer, and all parties involved have every intention of taking the steps necessary to make this happen.
