Ted and his staff continue do a great job for us.

TB&A did an Excellent job. I had some communications with him this round as a Validator, and he and his staff were sufficiently available, courteous, and thorough.

In addition, Ted was open to suggestions for improvement, and we exchanged a few ideas.

I am giving a good rating for this performance. I do not have much information to base this on other than the fact that everything seemed to go smoothly and our Product was included on the Florida website in a timely manner. I am not sure about ways to improve this process, We had used a third party engineer in West Palm to take care of most of this. I am pleased with the overall performance of your organization.
