Meeting Objective:

Review and comment on comments received regarding the TAC’s actions on the proposed code modifications for the 2010 update to the Florida Building Code.

TAC Members Present:

Randy Vann, Gary Duren, Kevin Fennell, Jorge Gamoneda, Joe Kajak, Mike Robbins, George Seiler, Robert Trumbower.

TAC Members Absent:

Jim Bickford, Ken Gregory, Gary Kozan.

Staff Present:

Mo Madani, Marlita Peters, Joe Bigelow, Bruce Ketcham, Jim Hammers, Jeff Blair – facilitator.

1. 3:30pm meeting was called to order. Agenda was reviewed and approved. Minutes of August, 2010, were reviewed and approved.

2. Reviewed and commented on 2^nd Review Period Comments (6 Modifications) received regarding the Plumbing TAC’s actions on the proposed code modifications for the 2010 update to the Florida Building Code.

3. There was no Public Comment and no Further Business.

4. Adjourned at 3:57pm.
