Call to Order – review/approve agenda and minutes, Ed Carson, Chairman
Review the 2008 NEC and provide recommendations to the Commission after such review is complete. The following is the Commission's action taken at the October 2008 meeting, (see attached work plan).
“Motion—The Commission voted unanimously, 21 – 0 in favor, to defer action on deciding whether to consider adoption of the 2008 NEC as a Glitch Amendment, and to set a schedule for rulemaking to implement the Commission's actions relative to adopting the 2008 NEC, by July 1, 2009”.
