Per our request and the recommendation of the Building Plan reviewer, Gladys Salas, in the City of Homestead, we are requesting a waiver for the requirement of an elevator considering the second floor is only at 10FT height, will have two means of egress already (stairs), and is less than 3000 sq ft of office.
