Accessibility Advisory Council Recommendations from the October 4, 2019 Meeting:

Carpenter's Shop Center Inc. – Waiver 380 - 1601 University Blvd. N, Jacksonville 32211 - Issue: Vertical accessibility to the mezzanine.

The Council recommended granting the request for waiver for vertical accessibility to the mezzanine based on the grounds of economic hardship.

Villa SoFi – Waiver 338 - 735 2nd Street, Miami Beach 33139 - Issue: Vertical accessibility to the second floor.

The Council recommended granting the request for waiver for vertical accessibility to the second floor based on the grounds of technical infeasibility.

Bali Hai Beach Resort – Waiver 413 - 6900 Gulf Dr., Holmes Beach 34217 - Issue: Vertical accessibility to the second floor.

The Council recommended granting the request for waiver for vertical accessibility to the second floor based on the grounds of economic hardship.

New Mezzanine Office Addition for Prestige Packaging, Inc. – Waiver 358 - 17080 Alico Commerce Ct. Suite 1, Fort Myers 33967 - Issue: Vertical accessibility to the mezzanine.
