Issue:  Provide comments to the workshop on the proposed revision to Rule 9B-72.130.

Purpose:         To restrict applications for approval of products to 150 products per application and to remove specific reference to fee amounts on the screens

Background:

August 10, 2009:

Committee Action: The POC recommends that the number of lines in an application be limited to 150 and this means that the application will be limited to 150 product sequence numbers.  This would only be applicable to new and revised applications.  This will not apply to editorial changes or affirmations.  Rulemaking will be necessary to proceed with implementation with this request.
