2 Review and discuss proposed energy code changes to Chapter 13 of the FBC-Building , Chapter 11 of the FBC-Residential and other related areas of the Florida Building Code as referenced by Rule 9B-13, and provide recommendations for their consideration by the Florida Building Commission.
