• Cross Reference to Chapter 27 of the 2004 FBC. Create a “Cross Reference” Section, defining Electrical requirements of the Florida Building Code, similar to “Cross Reference” in the 2001 FBC. This will require a proposed Code change. Deadline for Code change inclusion is due December 1, 2005
• NEC 2005 Discuss Chapter 27 for proposed inclusion of NEC 2005, Note: Proposed Code change required, deadline December 1, 2005. Discuss how changes will impact the 2004 Florida Building Code and the 2004 Florida Residential Code.
• Discuss provisions of NFPA 70 currently in the 2004 FBC, Chapter 27, Section 2702.
• Secure lighting protective devices Discuss means to secure lighting protective devices during hurricanes. Note: Proposed Code change required, deadline December 1, 2005
