9:00	A.)	Welcome and Opening
	B.)	Agenda Reviewed and Approved - Motion was entered by Frederick Schilling and seconded by Larry M. Schneider to accept and approve the Agenda. The Agenda was unanimously approved.
	C.)	Delay approval of minutes from June 5, 2015 meeting due to inability to see final report entitled “Florida Accessibility Code for Building Construction Review and Recommendations.”. Motion was entered by Brad Schiffer and seconded by Frederick Schilling to delay approval of the minutes.
	D.)	Recommended and discussed potential research topics for consideration by the Building Commission. Larry M. Schneider – The Commission to consider the potential of a workshop to give guidance to help explain to the general public, builders, architects, building officials the differences that pertain to the Florida Accessibility Code for building construction and the Fair Housing Act because people are mixing and matching these two requirements without the understanding of one versus the other. Brad Schiffer made a motion to rank Larry M. Schneider’s study number one with a second by Jack Humburg with a unanimous vote. Brad Schiffer – Study of vehicles carrying people with accessible needs such as width of spaces and rear entry vans that put ramps down in drive aisle. Larry M. Schneider made a motion to rank Brad Schiffer’s study number two with a second by Brad Schiffer with a unanimous vote. Larry M. Schneider made a motion to forward to the Commission and have Chair Jeffery Gross and make a presentation to the Chairs committee meeting with a second by Brad Schiffer with a unanimous vote.
	E.)	General Public Comment - Larry M. Schneider wants to know what has happened to Sharon Mignardi
