1. Spruce Creek High School Stadium Expansion, 801 Taylor Road, Port Orange. Issue:  Vertical accessibility to the Press Box. Recommendation: Withdrawn by applicant.

2. 336 Collins Av, 336 Collins Av. , Miami Beach. Issue:  Vertical accessibility to all levels and mobility features of a historic hotel. Recommendation: DENY - exterior ramp could be feasible

3. The Freckled Fin, 101 Bridge St, Bradenton Beach.  Issue:  Vertical accessibility to a deck addition on a restaurant. Recommendation: DENY - Insufficient Information Provided
4. Gobblers Lodge, 385 Gobblers Lodge Rd., Osteen. Issue: Vertical accessibility to elevated platforms. Recommendation: GRANT - Unnecessary Hardship

5. Hell 'N Blazes Brewing Co, 1002 East New Haven Avenue, Melbourne. Issue: Vertical accessibility to the second floor. Recommendation: GRANT - Unreasonable based on Economic Hardship
6. New Walton County Middle School #79, 605 Bruce Av, Defuniak Springs Issue:

 Vertical accessibility to collapsible seating in the gymnasium.. Recommendation: GRANT - Unnecessary Hardship
7. Square Grouper Tiki Bar, 1920 Seaway Dr., Fort Pierce. Issue: Vertical accessibility to the second floor. Recommendation: GRANT - To the extent necessary based upon Unnecessary Hardship

8. North Trail RV Sales Center, 5270 Orange River Blvd, Fort Myers. Issue: 

 Vertical accessibility to the mezzanine. Recommendation: GRANT - Unnecessary Hardship

9. EXISTING TWO-STORY BUILDINGS, 7541 Byscane Blvd, Miami. Issue: Vertical accessibility to the second floor. Recommendation: GRANT - Unreasonable based on Economic Hardship
10. UCF Global Garage Addition, 4000 Central Florida Blvd, Orlando Issue:

 Vertical accessibility to the upper 3 levels of a parking garage. Recommendation: Deny Title II

11. Sobe Village Condominium, 440 14 St. & 1355 Drexel Ave. Miami Beach. Issue: Vertical accessibility to the second floors. Recommendation: GRANT - Unreasonable based on Economic Hardship

12. Bass Museum of Art Renovation/Expansion, 2100 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach. Issue:  

 Vertical accessibility to the Historic main entry. Recommendation: Grant based on Historic Nature
