Short Course Description With most people spending about 90% of their time indoors where pollutant levels are often 2 to 5 times higher than outdoors, indoor environmental quality deeply affects our health, safety and welfare. This 2-hour program briefly yet concisely addresses the causes of poor indoor environmental quality at large and poor indoor air quality in particular while arming participants with the tools necessary to improve indoor environmental quality and promote healthier, safer and more comfortable indoor environments. Complete with glossary of terms and checklists, this program is current with the Florida Building Code and any effective code changes and takes a staight forward and pragmatic approach to indoor environmental quality.
