Description:

Due to site constraints we are requesting this vertical accessibility waiver under 3 basis for these 2 small existing and historic bldg located within the same property.(1) A waiver to ADA standard as both bldgs Floor areas are less than 3000 S.F.(2) 1024 is a historic bldg per attached historic preservation Order.The bldgs consists of only 2 units each.(3)The financial hardship cost would be more than 20% of its value and structurally and financially impractical.

This request is referred to the commission because the building's use is being changed to a boutique hotel and we are requesting the Florida requirements be waived down to the ADA Standards requirements. As the buildings' floor are is less than 3000 S.F.
