Description:
The building was changed from industrial to indoor recreation. The first floor is currently a CrossFit gym. The second floor is proposed to be additional CrossFit, pilates and spin.

The cost of installing a LULA or elevator would be prohibitive and force us to close our doors. We will be providing the sames services on both the first and second floors of our building. We are currently constructing 4 new bathrooms, office, break room & storage room. Additionally the Town has placed many expensive requirements for us to use this location that
