Reviewed and provided recommendations to the Commission on
the requests for declaratory statement as follows:
DCA10-DEC-059 by Paul T. Myers,
Building Official of
TAC ACTION: The Committee deferred action on the request to
the August meeting to allow for feedback from the Florida Department of
Agriculture (FLDoA) on the request.
DCA10-DEC-107 by Paul T.
Myers, Building Official of
TAC ACTION: The Committee dismissed the request due to the
fact that the declaratory statement is outside the Commission’s statutory
authority.
