2. Special Occupancy TAC met via conference call concurrent with the Structural TAC and took up the following Decs:

DCA10-DEC-085 by Paul E. Radauskas, C.B.O. of Sarasota County.

COMMITTEE ACTION: Withdrawn by petitioner.

DCA10-DEC-091 by George Merlin of George Merlin Associates Inc.

COMMITTEE ACTION: Committee dismissed due to procedural irregularities regarding the petition
