1. The committee reviewed and approved the agenda and minutes.

2. Attendees: The meeting was chaired by Dale Greiner. The following members were present:

Steven Bassett , Bob Cochell, Rob Vierra for Philip Fairey, Dale Greiner, Donald Kitner, Richard Reynolds, and Roger Sanders. Staff present: Mo Madani, Rick Dixon, Jeff Blair, and Betty Stevens.

3. Rob Vierra of FSEC made a presentation on the progress relating to the code update to the 2008 Florida Energy Code.

4. The committee discussed ways to resolve certain concerns raised by staff with regard to the treatment of renovations and change of occupancy and small additions under the commercial provisions of the proposed 2008 Energy Code.

5. Adjourned.
