Meeting Objective:

Mike Mc Combs, Chairman called to order the Electrical TAC at 8:40AM –The agenda and minutes were approved as submitted.

The following members were in attendance at the June meeting:

Mike Mc Combs, Chairman, Joseph “Ed” Carson, Clarence Tibbs, Jr., Edmund “Jay” Dagner, Oriol Haage, Dwight Wilkes, P.A., Tarry Baker

The TAC had no comments to discuss relating to the modifications from the March meeting for the 2007 Florida Building Code

TAC workshop on the “Bonding” issue relevant to Swimming Pools. The TAC Discussed and made the following recommendation to the Commission, at their workshop: Motion– For the Building commission to accept section 680.26 as approved at the NFPA 70 2008 edition adopted at the 2007 annual meeting as the commissions draft rule 9B-30477
