  1. DCA Staff provided a starter list of six options to consider for the gravel roof discussion and ranking on importance value (See gravel issue below).
  2. DCA staff informed the Workgroup that there will be another meeting Tuesday May 6 at 8 am in Melbourne FL during the Commission Meeting.
  3. Staff informed the Workgroup that a working draft of the mitigation rule in Code language to be submitted during the glitch cycle is ready and available.
  4. A gable end bracing proposal will be available for review from Tim Reinhold during the May Commission meeting.  Fundamentally, all of the information in the current Rule is correct for a standard attic but there are a few changes that may be needed and a draft of this cleaner language will be provided.  Language will become appendix or chapter.  The facilitator will provide the information at least a week before the upcoming May meeting and will be the primary focus at the next meeting.
