2:00	A.)	Welcome and Opening
	B.)	Agenda Reviewed and Approved. Bemmie Eustace made a motion to approve the Agenda and Frederick Schilling made a second with unanimous approval by the TAC.
	C.)	Approved minutes from February 11, 2015 meeting. Bemmie Eustace made a motion to approve minutes and Beth Meyer made a second with unanimous approval by the TAC.
	D.)	Discussed comments received on the final report “ Florida Accessibility Code for Building Construction Review and Recommendations”. As posted on the agenda, two sets of comments were submitted for review by the TAC. One set was submitted by Bemmie Eustance and the second set was submitted by Larry Schnieder. To address these comments, the TAC provided each proponent with the opportunity to present his or her comments and obtain feedback from the TAC as appropriate. At the conclusion of the comments review, the TAC directed staff to integrate the comments into the report “Florida Accessibility Code for Building Construction Review and Recommendation” as appropriate. TAC members, Jack Humburg and Barbara Page had expressed concerns regarding the potential of the recommendations/proposed changes in reducing the current Accessibility standards. The TAC decided they will meet one more time via conference call/webinar before a public meeting is held to have a consensus on recommendations. (Attachment 1) ( Attachment 2 )
	E.)	General Public Comment. Brad Schiffer submitted comments from AIA to be combined to the other comments with the final report. DK Mink and Lora Regans from BOMA commented on 553.504(6) on barrier removal and 553.5041 van parking is not needed for all spaces that Florida should follow the Federal guidelines ( Attachment )
