10. Grounds for Waiver: The Florida Building Commission may grant waivers of Florida-specific accessibility requirements upon a determination of unnecessary, unreasonable or extreme hardship. Please describe how this project meets the following hardship criteria. Explain all that would apply for consideration of granting the waiver.

NOTE:**

Boys Town is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit recognized by the IRS. As such additional costs provide an additional hardship not necessarily seen by a for-profit organization.

The current project cost of $80,000, and the mechanical work done in the last 3 years is $4,975 is a total of $84,975. 20% of 84,975 is $16,995. The 2 possibly available options for achieving vertical accessibility exceed that by more then double at $42,660 for a chair lift option, and $112,500 for a elevator option. It should also be mention that due to the sloping nature of the site both levels of the building currently have accessible entry into the space.
