Due to technical difficulties, the teleconference meeting did not convene and roll was not taken. Jim Richmond advised that he had sent an updated bill matrix to all Commissioners with updates to all bills via e-mail today. Mr. Richmond requested that the call be abandoned with additional updates to be given at the Plenary Meeting April 9, 2013 in St. Augustine.

Agreement was reached and the call was disconnected at approximately 10:07 a.m.
