“ Motion—The Commission voted unanimously, 21 – 0 in favor, to defer action on deciding whether to consider adoption of the 2008 NEC as a Glitch Amendment, and to set a schedule for rulemaking to implement the Commission's actions relative to adopting the 2008 NEC, by July 1, 2009
