1. Called to Order-reviewed and approved agenda and minutes.
2. Reviewed the request for declaratory statement DCA08-DEC-344
by Alvin Scolnik, National Electrical Manufacturer’s Association
Committee Action:
The Committee requested that the Declaratory Statement DCA08-DEC-344 be deferred and taken up by a joint meeting consisting of Mechanical, Electrical and Fire TACs. In the future, any requests for Declaratory Statements on the subject be handled using the joint meeting concept.
